I am a visiting assistant professor of marketing at the School of Business, Rutgers -- Camden. I received my Ph.D. from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in October of 2008. My research interest is in marketing strategy -- brand alliances, financial aspects of branding, global branding, and behavioral pricing.
The PhD dissertation is a beginning of the certification research program in marketing answering the questions -- How a certification logo on the products’ packaging is perceived by consumers? How does a certification affect consumers’ product evaluations?
